A father is neither an anchor to hold us back
or a sail to take us there, but always a guiding light
who's love shows us the way.
Given the occasion to share with special friends and sip a little "recipe",
Joe was known to be a true connoisseur. Born in the small town of
Woodruff, South Carolina and a graduate of Furman University,
he was introduced to Jack Daniel's nectar in the early 1970's .
He began collecting Jack Daniel's items years before we had any idea
that one day they would be "worth their weight in gold".
Many of the items on this site are from his personal collection,
handed down to a new generation. As we continue
the family tradition of collecting, sipping and sharing our love
of Mr. Jack's product with friends the world over, we would
like to dedicate this site to a true Southern gentleman;
filled with love of family, joy for life, a true appreciation of the
time honored tradition of making Old No. 7, the privilege
of being a Tennessee Squire......
